What This Policy Covers
This policy explains what personal data Diadem Data and Analytics Services collects through diademdataanalytics.com, why we collect it, and how it is used. We collect only what is necessary to respond to enquiries and deliver the Grant Compass assessment, nothing more.
Information We Collect
We collect personal data in two places on this website:
- Contact form: your name, email address, organisation, the service you are enquiring about, and any message you write.
- Grant Compass assessment: your email address only, submitted before you begin the assessment.
Your answers to the 45 Grant Compass questions are processed entirely within your own browser. They are never transmitted to us, never stored on our servers, and never leave your device. Your email address is required before you can begin the assessment, and this is the only piece of information from Grant Compass that is sent to us.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, follow up with occasional relevant updates from Diadem Data and Analytics Services, and improve the services we offer. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party.
Confidentiality of Client Data
When you engage Diadem Data and Analytics Services for a project, we often work directly with your datasets, survey responses, programme records, or other project data. This is separate from the personal information described above, and we treat it with the same seriousness we would want if the data were our own.
- Data you share with us is used strictly for the purpose of the engagement you have asked us to carry out, and for nothing else.
- We do not share your project data, datasets, or analysis outputs with other clients, or with any third party, without your explicit permission.
- Where a dataset contains sensitive or personally identifiable information about beneficiaries or respondents, we handle it with the same care and confidentiality we would expect for our own organisation's data.
- Project data is retained only for as long as needed to complete and support the engagement, and is deleted or returned at your request once the work is concluded.
- Confidentiality terms specific to your engagement are set out in your proposal or agreement with us, and this policy does not override any stricter confidentiality terms you have separately agreed with Diadem Data and Analytics Services.
Cookies and Tracking
This website does not currently use cookies, analytics, or any tracking technology. No data is collected about your browsing behaviour on this site.
Retention of Website Data
We retain contact form submissions and email addresses for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry or maintain our relationship with you, or until you ask us to delete them.
